The David Craig Memorial Scholarship's Board of Directors wants all Eleanor Roosevelts students in the class of 2010 to be reminded that the application deadline is fast approaching. Applications must be submitted with all required documentation, and sent to the DCMSF at P.O. Box 761, Greenbelt Md 20768. The deadline is April 30th, 2010 and all applications must be recieved with a postmark no later then April 30, 2010. The Board is looking forward to selecting its 24th receipient and awarding the check to the winner at the school's Senior Awards Assembly in May. Do you know someone who would deserve recognition for their contributions to their community, their place of worship, their academics, and athletic or artistic participation. The DCMSF's montra has always been; Well Rounded - Well rewarded! The award is still $10,000 spread over 4 years for educational assistance to a ERHS senior.
There is no deadline for donations, contributions or gifts as the Fund is always encouraging businesses, clubs, organizations and individuals that believe helping young people reach their educational goals is a valuable cause. The DCMSF relies strictly on private funds which are tax deductible. Funds may also be sent to the P.O. Box.
